Ford focus 2006 1.6 tdci loss of power

Hi guys, long shot but a friend of mine was driving up the m1 when she lost power, managed to crawl of to the slip road. got it here battery was totally flat, goosed and wont charge.
I replaced battery and got her running but 3000 revs is the max, plugged her up and the following codes are registered.

P0021 Throttle postion senson circuit malfuction
    P193B accellerator senso circuit malfunction
P1936 clutch pedal position sensor circuit malfunction
P1622 Immobilisor ID does not match
    P0562 system voltage too low
P1935 BOO switch input circuit malfunction (dont know what this is)

And to make matters worse the oil light now comes on when warm and top end rattle, runs fine when cold. looks like the oil pump will need replacing aswel?

Can anyone please advice as to what going on with this or are there any checks one can do? not sure whats going on thanks for reading.

    Sounds like you're in Britian-??

LOL....I had to laugh when I saw the "BOO" switch....that one goes back a long way with Fords....it's the Brake-On-Off switch....

With Fords it makes a difference if the codes stored are

    A-Key-On-Engine-Off (basic problem fix first)

B-Key-On-Engine-Run (after the first things checked are OK, it may ask you to trun the steering wheel, apply the barke pedal and turn the Overdive switch on and off so it can see the running inputs)

C-Continuos memory codes that the vehicle has seen but may not be present now.

Now that you have all the codes saved (for future reference), clear the codes, start the vehicle run it up and down the road for a mile or two, return to the shop and shut down. Run through the code check cycles with the A-Key-On-Engine-Off check, then go the next step of B-Key-On-Engine-Run check and follow the on screen instructions. Then C-check for any memory codes
Compare what it had previously stored to what it says now and that's where you start.

The battery going low could have induced a number of these codes and disconnecting to put in a new one can also have an effect.

As for the low oil light, I would suggest first putting a pressure guage on it to confirm that it does have low pressure, then work from there. It may be limiting the revs due to codes causing it to go into FMEM (Failure-Mode-Effects-Management) or it may be limiting itself duw to the low oil pressure signal.

Hi crusty and many thanks for the reply, help. Im not too familiar with the solus as my old mechanic used it, i just really use it now to read codes etc. could you please give me a little more regarding B & C.
Im going to check the oil pressure monday morning, but im certain thats the problem its fine when cold, top end rattle when light appears on and the engines warmed up?
thanks again for the advice, much appreciated.

        Hey There

When you turn the machine on and go into the codes section after you ID the vehicle, it will should give you the choice of KOEO or KOER code check.

The A- is the KOEO (Key On Engine Off) Turn the key off after you've checked for codes.

The B- is the KOER (Key On Engine Run) When you go back in it should allow you to select this option and it should tell you when to startup, when to do nothing, when it wants you to turn the steering wheel for P/S pressure switch signals, pump the brake pedal a few times so it sees the BOO (lol) switch, and if there is a switch for overdrive to cycle that too. Don't worry if it dosn't have an overdrive switch, just let it do it's thing and it will notify you when you're finished. WRITE DOWN what it says for codes as it finishes the Key-On-Engine-Run portion.

The C-is when you go back in and check for codes a third time (gotta love Fords....LOL) and it should have the memory codes that the vehicle saw in the first two A & B code checks.

It will take about 5 to 10 minutes to go thru all three code check sequences.
The prompts on screen are pretty good. If you get confused just turn the vehicle off and start again. Just make sure you have a pen and paper with you.

LOL, it'll find a bunch of codes that are not relevant to the vehicle if this vehicle doesn't have particular options. Had one in this week. It's an F-150 pickup with manual hand crank windows and the body computer (GEM module) found a whole bunch of power window faults....ROFLMAO.

        HTH

BTW, if I'm all wet about this 2006 you have maybe one of the other guys can clarify. Fords tend to have characteristics like I described above and have since the 1980's...LOL

the solus only offers me KOEO option i have the latest version on. kinda strange ran it up today no oil light but still hardly any power, manage to run up the road at 3000 revs but thats about it.
might have to get her to a diesel specialist, i dont even know if the loss of power is causing the oil pressure problem, wouldnt think so but the mind bogles.

think i may have found the fault, the turbo? ran up motorway loss of power, runs on hard shoulder to junction with battery running down to nothing causing faults on car?
cleared codes, oil pressure is fine today but now thankfully the turbo started making a little noise, on inspection the fins spin, dont spin etc etc, and looks dry

Common fault with turbo's,change feed pipe etc and flush out with new oil if you change turbo.
