reimaged verdict yesterday

so I re imaged my verdict yesterday for the first time. Thinking I might have done something to make it run unstable. I am missing the "snap on updater" that used to be on my desk top.
The question is do I need that program to reload european from the thumb drive?
And where do I find it?

Your European should not have come off when you did the re-image. You should be okay. If it did come off for some reason, you will have to phone diagnostics and they will get it going for you again.

give #26 a try, I had the same problem after a reimage once as for the euro thing, not sure I currently did not have euro when I last reimaged. http://www1.snapon.com/diagnostics/us/Verdict_Tools
