Hey guys. I have a 2004 highlander with 3.3 and it has engine and trac lights on. Will not accelerate past 2000. Codes are p0351-p0356. All coil codes. Have cleared codes and they come back with key on. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Maybe the misfire is getting it into Limp mode... Fix the misfire first -
Your codes pertain to the coil's primary circuit side. Of the four wires to each coil, one wire sends a "spark fired" confirmation signal (IGF) back to the PCM. This is where your problem lies, most often is defective igniters in the coils themselves. Back probing the IGF signal with lab scope will confirm if your coils are indeed not sending the signal back to the PCM. Trac and/or ABS is on due to the PCM having stored a code(s). Poor throttle is due to the PCM unsure of the ignition events, and is a default limp mode. Verify all six IGF signals are going all the way to PCM (or not), and replace the defective coil(s). HTHS. Thanks everyone. I've got it figured out. Tried to graph my wires through the lab scope but I couldn't get a drop in signal on any of the coils. So I went old school and started unplugging the coils. Even though it was misfiring cylinder 4 after unplugging it allowed me to have throttle response. 1 coil later good as newComment
