No, but a wiring diagram, a scanner, a scope and big hammer and I can fix most anything. Whats the question ?

04 lincoln ls 3.0 spins no start. Have a p1235. Replaced rem. Fuel pump works. Can jump pump and car runs. Wiring seems to check out ok. Any thoughts.

Check ETC for a code 2105, that code needs to be fixed first .
As far as back to basics circuit check at the fuel pump relay connector
For the primary side of circuit of fuel pump relay at rear of car, the blk/blu wire should have continuity to ground (G300) at right C-pillar.
The Grn /Blu wire should get power through the fuel pump diode and be hot in start(crank) and run (maybe just initially on KOEO).
The secondary side of the relay, Red /blu wire should be hot at all times with power supply from fuse 17 .
Grn/red wire should have continuity to pin 1 of REM
        Good Luck

Sorry. No 2105. Tb looks new. Not changed by me. I have power at the fp but am not getting enough ground. Can jump ground and car runs.

I would verify that all the ground paths of the RCM in the ground distribution diagram have a good path to ground, because the RCM has to internally provides a ground path that leads to at leat one of the ground wires and be able handle the amperage load of the fuel pump.

ok. how about I can activate it with a scan tool and run the car. and when activating it and measuring resistance it changes with pwm percentages. but I have seen powers and grounds do some weird stuff. ill check those.

Do you have an amp probe ? How many amps does the pump pull when activated ? No other PCM Codes ? Code definition below. The way I read it the PCM and Rear Electronics Module communicate over the SCP+ and SCP- lines. And causes include fuel pump circuit shorted or open, ETC System concern, damaged FPDM or REM in this case or damaged PCM.

No other codes. Not sure about the amps. Kinda leaning towards a pcm.
