    GM TPMS Relearn

Maybe I'm the only one, but I still have problems with the vehicle exiting the relearn procedure by the time I get to the second tire. This only happens when entering relearn mode with the Verus Edge now with 17.4 but I had the problem with earlier editions. The same vehicle with the relearn mode entered through the information center (instrument cluster) or with Tech2win will always allow me to finish the procedure. The relearn procedure taking the same amount of time either method.

Maybe there is some confirmation besides the corner lamp flashing , where there is entry required on the Verus besides as you proceed along, with the TPMS tool in hand to activate the sensors in correct order starting at LF to RF to RR to LR?

When the vehicle exits the relearn procedure prematurely the Verus screen will read "lost communication with module " or something to that effect. It only happens with some GM vehicles, I haven't detected a pattern with certain models yet. The vehicle will always relearn with the on board method.

Even if communication is lost, has happened to me with my launch on other oem cars, as long as you keep doing the procedure as stated the programming will take. Not sure why this happens, but I have never had a problem programming TPMS even if communication is lost. Even on Honda's this has happened to me with the Zeus. Programming is always successful.

The relearn procedure termination is always noted by the double horn beep as well as the loss if communication. It's definitely related to the Verus relearn function. This is the only communication problem that I really ever have with the Verus.
