At this time I do not know any aftermarket scan tool that will. Autel put a video out for a SGM bypass cable but I don't think it is out yet. Also I think they are having issues with the SGM being locked and other modules not, maybe causing other issues. I know S.O. is working on it but that's all the info I have.

there is a obd 2 port bypass for this already available. It allows you to bypass it and continue with all functions as before

also curious to what this is??? i googled sgw bypass and the various results where a "plug" type tool, but you still have to unplug the SGW and plug the harness into this tool. so a plug, or a harness, it still the same concept of bypassing the SGW module and directly attaching the harness together by a adapter plug, or additional harness

i found no obd2 plug adapter for the sgw... please explain..

Bulley dog has one this is popular in the diesel comunity. Diablo Sport also has one.

My guess is after just a couple years Chrysler will change connector style again and the present Autel $80 8 and 12 bypass adapter will only work for 2 or 3 model years, and who in their right mind will want to pay near what the Harley Davidson Adapter cable costs to have the privilege to work on a 2018-2020 Chrysler. I think selling and installing a SGM module relocation kit to relocate the SGM under dash for quicker access would prove to be popular.
