Minor Glitch With Verus In Auto ID'ing A Pacifica

I'm not sure it this is common with all Verus but in the shop, we have a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica with a 3.5 if we select AUTO ID it comes back with all the information from the VIN # and ask if OK, you select OK and it has another window that pops up asking the same question again, if you hit OK again, ALL the vehicles information disappears leaving you with a blank vehicle screen, whether you hit OK or NO. Then you are forced to re-enter the information manually. I have yet to try this out on another Chrysler product but this error will happen every time you try to Auto ID it, whether you do a reboot or just restart the program? Anyone else having this problem?

This seems to happen to me everytime I use the auto ID, so I have stopped using it for now.

Yes I have the same problem with Dodge products. I had this problem sometimes with my Modis as well, so I stopped using the auto id for these vehicles and entered them manually.

I have this problem just with my auto id with the K13 key on 96-01 chrysler vehicles.
