problems with 05 honda data-stream

has anybody scanned a 2005 honda odyssey and noticed that has incorrect data readings on rpm, VSS temperature, vtec, iat and MAP sensor readings. i did and i noticed that rpm was showing 7000, cts & iat -40, and vss 0mph.

I have this happen once or twice myself, I found disconnecting from the car and reconnecting fixed it.
