    Reimaging the verus

I have tried multiple times with multiple keyboards to get the tool to go into recovery and have had no success. Is there any other way to reimage the tool other tjhan holding alt and turning it on?

Are you having problems with booting up the verus or just trying to reimage it but are not using a proper usb keyboard? I once was having an issue with reimageing my verus, the verus wouldn't even boot up. called tech support with no help. had the right usb keyboard but the reimage software was corrupted. I had to send it in for a hard drive reformat and reinstallation. got it back and still had many other issues. sent it in agian and had the hard drive replaced. fix the issues I was having, maybe you are having same issues. call tech support for help.
