From my understanding the Verus scope capture file type are either VSS or VSM. I am currently using Shopstream version 7.6.3.0 on my laptop. What happen is, Shopstream does not support VSS or VSM file type. Does anyone know how I can view scope capture on my PC or just wait till SnapOn release new update version of ShopStream.
