just updated to 11.2 and thats when the problems really started.i have a verus wireless,when it was updated i lost my wireless router connection and when i could get into the verus program it just went crazy.after a couple of hours with snap on they finally got it to work but some problems still remain.if i go to ford cyl.contribution test it will drop program and it may or may not come back up,usally have to get out of program and restart if i can ever get the bar graph to stop scrolling.i had an 03 buick century that i replaced the airbag module and airbag,you have to enter vin # into bcm which this software is supposed to handle but when you go into airbag all it shows is data ,codes and clear codes,thanks snap on for another fine product
