Gen 1 Wifi Problems - NEED HELP

I have been having a ton of problems with my WIFI not working at all.

It shows connections and I can try and connect but it says " Windows is unable to connect to the selected network " However, my laptop and phone will connect just fine. This happened ever since Snap On reset my Verus.

Any help would be great.

Sounds like after the reset, you lost this update. To confirm, see if you can set your wireless router for no security, or open access. Then attempt to connect, if you can, then you need this update found here:

Is it quite common to have wifi connection issues and freeze ups with a wireless add on to a Gen 1? My dealer says he won't do one because of the problems.

I had a first gen Verus, and never had wifi problems, until we got a new wireless router, then I had to do some research and that is how I cam across that update from Microsoft.

I will give that a shot. And this is for my Wifi Internet that I'm having a problem with.
