Authentication error

Zeus plus the date was a day off. It was a day ahead and now when it it set to the correct date when starting the diagnostic software I get an authentication error and it advises to contact customer service. When I set it back to a day ahead the software starts fine. Does anyone know how to fix this without contacting customer support?
