Once again I must ask, why is it so hard to find fuse and relay charts, layouts, diagrams or what ever you want to call them for Chrysler products. Why top secret information. Just need to know fuse and relay locations. I have a 2019 Compass in here right now and can find nothing on relay locations. I think I will be so happy when A.I. replaces human engineers.

I think I figured it out. Go to 1search Plus, type in starter relay, enter and then click on location and the fuse and relay charts come up. This is what I was looking for, but why it doesn't come up when you look under the fuse and circuit breaker tab is beyond me. It would make way to much sense to put the fuse and relay chart under the Fuse and circuit breaker or vehicle quick reference tab.Comment

Another thing that would be very helpful, with GM vehicles rather than listing entertainment systems in the wiring diagrams as base, midlevel or upper level, just put the RPO number of the radio and speaker system. Sometimes htis is done for the speaker system but not the radio. Usually it's just with or with various options, amplifier etc.Comment

As ;long as we're venting, Why do modules set codes ? It's because something is operating outside of a set parameter. At this point don't you think that the most useful bit of information would be to know what the parameters are ? Instead of reading through a trouble shooting guide that sends you on a wild goose hunt with an ohm meter and giving a listing a number possible culprits that have nothing to do with what was explained as to the function of the failed device. And then after reading through the first steps of resistance checking you're told to just start switching parts and to add insult to injury you are then told that if the code does not return you fixed the problem without ever explaining the actual problem or function of the device.Comment

A suggestion to improve ShopKey or Mitchell. On the quick reference header bar on the One Search Plus page. Add a new Quick reference tab on how to place the vehicle into neutral so it can be moved (rolled) with the vehicle running since more and more vehicles now have electronic shifting. This would save time searching through other sections looking for instructions. The instructions are often hard to find in ShopKey and an online or A.I. search is often quicker. "Park Release Instructions" would be another way of putting it.Comment
