Any help from verdict users would be appreciated. I have had this scan tool since Oct. 2010 and has always lost WiFi intermittently but since update 10.4.4
When I start the verdict up I have internet capabilities but when I scan a car and disconnect the scanner module by backing all the way out and hitting change vehicle the WiFi signal is lost. I have gone to network connections and my network says full strength but I can't connect to it until I hook the S3 module up to a car. I have contacted tech support more times then I have fingers and toes and they tell me I am too far from my wireless router. Which makes no sense because why would my network show full strength? Last time I spoke with tech support they had me re image my verdict and download firmware. All that did was erase my personal settings! Any tips or advice, I would love to hear some feedback!
