Helllo everyone...and Lorin. 40F Today in Anchorage, Alaska. Had about two inches of snow this year that promptly melted leaving only ice and bare ground. This is on par with last winter which was perhaps the warmest on record. Missing winter since I enjoy skiing and also sub zero weather keep cars coming in the shop. Thinking of going to the movies. Wife and I want to see Unbroken and American Sniper. Everyone enjoy your day!

The only thing that sucks about Pro is lack of tip system and the General Discussion, Looks like lots of users didn't find this forum or left altogether. Our shop lost OD5 awhile back and are still in business! Pro could use some more polishing but I find it faster and just another thing to learn that day. Glad Jake and DrD and the bunch are here to keep me out of retirement!

Mitchell, Pro, alldata all suck. They all contain mistakes, misleading info that doesn't get fixed. We can't fix it anymore. Because somebody might write Mitchell Sucks in their book. They had to get their dignity back. Use the information with an abundance of caution. You will still be going down the wrong path, charging people too much, too little from now on. It will never be correct on everything. Who pays the price, we do. Every week you calling yourself a dumbass for believing.

They all contain "mistakes" because we all use the same OEM data as a source. We do update data when the OEMs change it. You're exaggerating as to how much of it is wrong. I'm sure what you find on random web sites or YouTube can be trusted more and if that's how you want to fix cars, go for it.

And I've never stopped someone from saying Mitchell sucks in the tip system as long as they told us why so we would have an opportunity to address the issue. Anyone who has used that system, knows this is true.
