Yes Jake, you should tell Flock not to light up while doing heater cores. We even have no smoking signs in the outhouse now. A mechanic should also wear clothes at all times in the shop area.

got a real pain here. 08 mercury mariner, 3.0. first towed in for start, shut right down. found maf. code, unpluged, ran fine. changed out, road test good shipped. Towed back in running bad. 2- o,2 codes pulled for stuck lean. unplugged maf ran good. replaced with diff. manf. ran great , road test, shipped. customer returned today telling me its doing the same thing. found 2- o,2 codes for stuck rich. fuel trims -25. removed air cleaner dirty, fuel trims returned to normal. cleared codes road test, keeping car to drive for a few days. checked fuel psi w/ mech. gauge reading 30 psi, scanner reads 39.??? unplug fuel reg. gauge reads 40psi. scanner reads 56 ???? fuel vol. test pass w/ colors. Only other thing thats has me is at idle, you could hear some type of beltching/burping from air intake tube once in a while. unplug maf. noise goes away. any one else heard or seen this?? Funny feeling boss is going to tell me in morning it's acting up again.
I've tried and tried, but can't seem to fix stupid!

Are you replacing the MAF with a new motorcraft part?

Check the hose to pcv valve for collapse or leakage?
pcv hose hard plastic. I did smoke the intake for vacume leaks , none found, 1st ac delco, 2nd dorman, just replaced with oem for third today, went on a 13 mile ride w/scanner recording. o2 sen.work nicely bouncing rich and lean, long term fuel trims on both banks stayed 0-5 wich looks good to me or am I wrong on the lt trims? st trims were -7 to +12 for both banks. Lets c what tommorow brings. Boss is driving it again tonight. Fingers crossed.

PS.....please hit me liker button, I need a 100 likes so google will recommend my video when someone googles for the CURE to MustanG Vibrating and plenty do vibrate. Very few claim the cure except me. I got THE MEAT on that situation. THE MEAT mates. So go ahead and mess up..click the link...I tell ya what don't do it. As long as I know, that's all that really matters any how. I learn it the hard way. I had the decency to call the other shop and tell em. (what give up) We dunno. Maybe give it nother motor. Goodnight.

If the Vibration happens under load but can't be replicated at 1500-2000 RPM range on a neutral run up with car stationary , it's probably drive train related and being masked better by a mushy mount. I replaced a bound up front U joint on my old 95 Explorer and significantly reduced the course vibration I felt through at speed. There was no clunking when putting in gear or chirping sound at lower speeds to tip me off to a u-joint problem. I've tried in past to give thumbs ups or make comments on you tube, but to do so requires setting up some sort of an account .
