The F450 got hauled in because they put 30 gallons of gas on top of 5 gallons of diesel. They realized the mistake before they started it so no damage. Got it straightened out but what to do with 35 gallons of mixed fuel hmmmmm ? I guess my Escort will be a bit smokey for while.

I'm still looking for a good shortcut changing the steering rack on AWD Traverse and all it's kin. Tight fit.

How are you doing them now?

Is the issue bleeding them or physically getting the rack out?

Removing the rack. Currently I remove the rear cat and exhaust and lower the rear or the cradle (sub frame). Also loosening the stabilizer bolts on the left side helps as well. The labour guide says removing the transfer case is included in the 7.7 hours but I've never had to do this and can usually get them changed in about 4 hours including alignment. Taking the short line off of the rack also helps but this may mess with the warranty. They put that stuff on the threads to tell if the nuts been turned.

The escape is the maybe the first I've seen that uses 2 front wiper motors, one for each wiper. They're talkers on the net. Stay in sync and maybe collision avoidance. Maybe gotta sync them when reassembly time comes ? It also got reverse gear wipe ?
Nick, the System Diagram in the picture below is not expandable ?

Cadillac ELR uses independent wiper motors as well. Stupid.

Was interested in the Esi 688 low current amp meter from aes wave. Does anyone have any experience good or bad to share? Was wanting it for a dedicated parasitic draw tester.
