Well the 20hg vacuum appears to be accurate. I had to use a 25 psi scale to show vacuum on the screen.

Hey Nick, Question for you. I was doing a search on sure track on a code P2625 that I got wich also is p25b7 (coolant by pass valve) on a 13 ford escape 1.6 eco boost. I ran into these before and playing around found the valve is at fault. Last week I had 4 come in ,me blaming the cold weather around here ,and when talking to a buddy at dealer seems this is a pattern failure in these 1.6s. I'm sure I'm not the only sure track persone to see this and wondering why theres no way to post "I fixed the problem" ? unless I just dont know how,or is this only you guys can add to it? It seems like about half of the things I search for comes up with " we have no info for that" or "search again". how clear is searching a simple code p0??? is there?? Your input please. Sure Track seems to be a waste when the Snap-on dealer is bragging about it but when you search never realy finds what your looking for, unless it's just I'm working on newer cars.

Why do I just see 12.5" of vacuum from your transducer? 20 psi seems too healthy If it idles rough with marginal compression (warm engine only 125psi across) I think transducer vacuum is 12-13in hg, What's a mechanical vacuum gauge display? You subtract the 8.5 map reading to the transducer vacuum reading or something to get 20in hg?

          Hi Bobby,
Thanks for the feedback, we are currently working on the 2013 models which will be released in the 15.4 bundle later this year.

I'm having the Ford team look into the code from your post, I will have them post the information on SureTrack as soon as possible.

It's hard to cover everything and at times we will have content holes, If you have other examples of SureTrack searches with no results please post them here and I will have my team look into it.

          Thanks
          Jay

Thanks for the replies Jay and Nick, I understand its hard to keep up with everything but I realy was just wondering how a member can post something they are seeing as a common problem to help others. Nick, does posting a tip in suretrack show up in shop key pro like it did in shop key5? How would you respond to a tip, Havent figured that one out yet. In the old system it was right there.

The tips do show up in ShopKey Pro. Not in the same way they did in the old system where tips and questions were attached to specific data elements. In the new product they are delivered in the search results. The SureTrack tab in the search results will be active if there is content available, including community content like tips, real fixes and closed questions from SureTrack.

Currently you can't comment on tips in the new system. There is only a mechanism to mark it as working for you by clicking the "Fixed It" link.

Still here. Don't fear the Euro's, 03 Passat giving lean codes and stuck 02. Same as Ford really. It started at plus 24 on the trims, The MAF all crusted up inside. Replaced, test drove and trims are down to 2.2.
I took the weekend of to go visit in Canada. I love the don't speed signs on the 401. 120 KPH = a $199 fine 130 KPH = a $299 fine 140 KPH = a $399 fine, But if we catch you going 160 KPH it's $10,000 and we take your ride and lock you away.

Have you noticed that with lower gas prices there suddenly seems to be an abundance of trucks with large tires and lift kits ?

I think the availability of cheap rims and tires from China are also a contributing factor.
